The Alamo Golf Club in San Antonio stretches over 4,515 yards of gently rolling terrain from the back tees. This 18-hole, regulation-length golf course has some mild undulation in the greens and forgiving fairways that are neither too wide nor too narrow. There is an abundance of trees on the golf course, especially along the fairways, and there is a pond that comes into play on one hole. Bunkers are also strategically positioned throughout The Alamo Golf Club. In addition to the 18-hole golf course, locals consistently rave about the extensive practice facilities. The club features a two-tiered, lighted driving range where golfers can hot off mats or off grass. There is also a par-3, pitch-and-putt course where golfers can sharpen their short game skills.

Love the course. Better condition than previous reviews led me to believe. Very affordable and can play a round in less than 4 hours. Have played course now 4 times and will continue to play.

They course is fun and the staff friendly and helpful. The course tests all your shot skills and the greens are uniform and fair though small. They have a huge lit driving range, putting green and pitching green. Rounds are fast. Great place to practice.

Terrible course, unless you don't mind playing off of dirt fairways with rocks as big as golf balls.
