Reviews
Always enjoyable
Fairways and greens in great. Counted at least 12 water leaks! Sooo many trees need trimming around the base!
Trim those trees!
Still have water leaks. Many dead trees and many trees need trimming. Fairways and greens in great shape!
Beautiful grass
Fairways and greens in great shape. If only they could get rid of all those dead trees.
Great course, well kept
I enjoyed playing at this course, it was well-kept and very clean. It’s a wide open play and easy to navigate.
Hilly course
Fun hilly course to play. Fairway is in good shape. Green is slow. Bunker needs some attention.
Little has changed in 35 yrs
Golf Now price was $12.99. I was a single and payed in 2 hrs. Use to play here back in the early 1990s. Layout has remained the same, greens and fairways could use a little speed.
Saturday with the boys
Enjoyed the course and time with my veteran brothers…
Ed's GHGC Review
Due to recent rains and saturated grounds, the back 9 was closed again to allow it to recover. Despite the fact that playing the front 9 twice detracts from a better rating, it is required until the ground dries. Kudos to the staff.
The course needs some serious upkeep. Weeds near the greens, the sand traps are dirt and rock. ..no sand. The weed issue off the fairways are knee high and if your ball rolls into this unkept area, you just accept that you lose your ball. If the rough was properly cut & maintained, then you can easily play on. This course is a huge disappointment considering the USAF should have its courses comparable to civilian courses.
