The championship layout requires accurate drives since there are trees lining all of the narrow fairways. Numerous strategically placed bunkers come into play. There are also water hazards including natural creeks throughout the course. Olmos Basin Golf Course 's best features are the long and demanding par 3s, which are a formidable test for even skilled golfers. The golf course is quite forgiving towards beginners though and four sets of tees make it accessible to all skill levels.
